Use of the site

The site provides information about our lab services, lenses and frames, and lets eye care professionals manage an account and place frame orders. Use it only for lawful business purposes, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Orders

Orders placed through the site are requests that EyeKraft confirms separately. Pricing, availability and terms of sale are set by your lab account agreement and may change without notice. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but we do not guarantee they are error-free.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and designs, belongs to EyeKraft or its licensors and brand partners. Do not copy or reuse it without written permission. Lens and frame brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EyeKraft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
