What we do
Digital lens processing
Freeform surfacing on digital generators. Every lens is calculated point by point from the prescription and frame.
Coating
Anti-reflective, hard coat, hydrophobic, blue light and specialty coatings, applied and checked in our own coating room.
Edging and finishing
Full-rim, semi-rimless, drill-mount rimless, high-wrap sport and safety frames.
Quality assurance
Optical verification, surface inspection and power checks on every lens before it leaves the lab.
Shipping and turnaround
Standard jobs in 3–5 business days, priority in 2–3, and rush next-day when a patient can’t wait.

- Digital surfacing
- Schneider HSC smart and OptoTech L-series surfacing lines produce high-definition digital lenses with wide, clear fields of view.
- Vacuum AR coating
- An OAC-75 series vacuum deposition system applies our ClearKraft™ anti-reflective line in a HEPA-filtered clean room, for strong adhesion and long-term durability.
- Dry-cut edging
- Bisphera TBA Phoenix dual-head milling handles wrap frames and detailed rimless shapes, and keeps the axis where it belongs.
- Lens cleaning and prep
- Ultra Optics MR3 systems clean and prep every lens before coating, so the coating bonds without flaws.
