EyeKraft was notified in early September 2023 that the Milo and Me frame line was discontinued. This meant we might still have access to some models, but most would no longer be available in our supply frame and package products, including Minnesota Managed Care and Savings Package products.
These frames were in our Deluxe category and handled a little differently than our standard catalog frames. EyeKraft was unable to take returns for credit or exchange on discontinued Milo and Me frames.
We encouraged customers to send their frames in for their savings package frame orders, or otherwise sell their stock down.
EyeKraft had several new Critters and Dr. Seuss models in our Deluxe Frames catalog to offer patients in this category.
