For this promotion, Eye-Kraft will track every Camber+ lens sold in September, October and November and issue a statement rebate of $15 per pair. Jobs are counted based on the invoice (mailed out) date. Any orders placed in November but not yet shipped will be rebated on the December statement.

Camber Steady+, Camber Near+, Camber Distance+ and Camber Mobile+ in any material are elgible for the rebate. Camber Task Pro lenses are excluded.
